I have a simple verification process, and in order to make it even simpler, please fill out the following form and click submit. If you are not willing to share this information, then I will not be able to meet with you. This information is gathered for the sole purpose of identifying you, for my safety. Safety and discretion are my top priorities. All information is completely confidential.

I care about the security of my gentleman friends and fellow providers. My gents are free to give my email address to providers for referral purposes. Gentlemen, please let me know you need a reference for a provider beforehand. As a safety measure, I will NOT give references by phone, so please do not share my phone number with other providers.

All new clients must be verified. Please include your reference's name AND email addresses. A web address is needed if your referring provider is not local. Please make sure your referring provider gives references before you use her name and contact info. Out of respect for other providers' time, I NEVER contact them by phone for references.

New clients- please allow at least 24 hours for verification. Providers are not always able to respond to verification requests quickly! Outcall is only available to established friends and new friends with local provider references.

Gentlemen visiting the area- I need to verify you BEFORE you leave for your trip here. There is no way to verify you once you are in the area. I will not see gentlemen I cannot verify.
